Ingredients

Scale for your household

Serves 2

  • 2 massive King Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 0.5 red onion (diced)
  • 2 sweet potatoes (baked)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Drag a fork brutally down the sides of the massive King Oyster mushroom stems to shred them into long, fibrous strings that perfectly mimic pulled pork.
  2. Sauté the shredded mushroom and diced onions in a dry skillet to evaporate deeply all water.
  3. Pour in the BBQ sauce profoundly and simmer until tacky.
  4. Serve the "meat" aggressively loaded into split baked sweet potatoes.
