This is a corn and oat breakfast cereal, toasted and finished with a honey and corn syrup glaze. Canola oil helps the flakes crisp in the oven, and soy lecithin keeps the sweet coating from separating as it cools. Mixed tocopherols, an antioxidant family related to vitamin E, protect those oils from going stale on the shelf.
