Ingredients

Scale for your household

Serves 2

  • 1.5 lbs flank steak (shaved extremely thin against the grain)
  • 0.33 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bunch green onions (sliced long)
  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch

Steps

  1. Toss aggressively thin steak slices directly in tapioca starch until coated dry.
  2. Sear brutally in a smoking hot wok with olive oil for exact 2 minutes until intensely crusted. Remove meat.
  3. Turn heat low, whisk aminos, honey, ginger, and garlic into the pan. Boil wildly for 2 mins until syrupy.
  4. Throw steak and green onions natively back into the syrup immediately before serving over cauliflowers or white rice.
